• Free cancellation is available up to 72 hours before the flight time.

• Customers are eligible for a full refund when cancellation is made within the allowed cancellation period.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure, no refund of the booking amount.

• Failure to attend the pickup time will be considered a no-show and will be charged in full.

Weather & Safety Cancellation:

If a flight is canceled due to weather conditions or safety reasons, Grand Balloon Luxor will offer:

A full refund or

• Rescheduling on the next available flight.

Refund processing may take 7–14 business days depending on the payment method and bank processing times.

1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

• Prices may vary depending on flight type, season, and group size.

• Payment may be completed online, by bank transfer, or in cash, depending on the agreed booking method.

Payment availability may depend on:

2. Pickup & Flight Schedule

• Hot air balloon flights operate early in the morning.

• Exact pickup times will be confirmed before the flight according to weather conditions and hotel location.

• Customers must provide accurate contact information, including:

- Full Name - passport copy - Phone Number - Hotel Name - Room Number or Pickup Location

• Failure to arrive at the confirmed pickup time may be considered a no-show.

3. Safety Requirements

All passengers must follow the instructions provided by the pilot and ground crew before and during the flight.

For safety reasons, flights may not be suitable for:

• Pregnant women

• Individuals with serious heart conditions

• Individuals with severe back or neck problems

• People with limited mobility

• Passengers under the influence of alcohol or drugs

Grand Balloon Luxor reserves the right to refuse participation if safety instructions are not followed.

4. Weather Conditions

Hot air balloon flights are weather-dependent and operate only when approved as safe by aviation authorities.

Flights may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to weather conditions or safety reasons.

Due to weather conditions or safety decisions. In case of weather cancellation, customers may receive:

• Full Refund or Rescheduling on the next available flight

5. Liability

• Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings during transportation and flight operations.

• Grand Balloon Luxor is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items unless caused by proven negligence.

6. Photos & Media

Photos and videos may be taken during the experience for promotional and marketing purposes.

If you do not wish to appear in promotional content, please notify our team before the flight.

7. Governing Law

The laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt govern these Terms & Conditions.
